My classes are inspired by my love for nature, the lunar cycle and the change in seasons. I like to incorporate my love of books with the younger children and my passion for crystals and rituals with the older children and adults.

Yoga is a spiritual discipline, or practice, that brings together your body, your breath and your mind. Everyone can benefit from yoga and it is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Meditation, especially Guided Meditation, can calm the mind and bring deep relaxation to your whole being. It can give you better focus, help reduce anxiety and stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance overall wellbeing.
Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and self-esteem, and bring about greater calmness, relaxation, the ability to manage behaviour and emotions, self-awareness and empathy. There are many ways to practice mindfulness - listen to music, do a crafty activity, breath work, journal and many more.

For pupils of local primary schools - learning the benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. How these techniques can be used to as a way to calm the mind and body. Giving children a chance to just BE!
For preschoolers and parents - share some fun and relaxing time with your little one. Help them experience the benefits of yoga and mindfulness from a young age!
Enjoy some much needed time to gently move your body in a way that feels good. Combining slow movement, breathwork and meditation, you will leave feeling calm and at ease.
Online Class - start your day with a moment for yourself. This session will bring invigorating breathwork and energising yoga designed to awaken your mind, body and soul, and set a positive tone for the rest of your day
Online Class - bedtime yoga can help children learn to self sooth as it relaxes them and regulates emotions before settling down to sleep. It’s also a lovely time for grown ups to share and set as a routine.
Online Class - unwind from the day with this class which focuses on deep relaxation for your mind, body and soul. Releasing tension and promoting a peaceful night to rest and restore.
Enjoy some much needed time to recharge the batteries with some energetic and restorative yoga. Then chill and chat with a refreshing cuppa before heading off for the rest of your day.
Time together as a family is so important - how about turning that time into something fun, but also relaxing! Classes running in Codford and Wilton.
Weather dependant - enjoy morning yoga in the fresh air and surrounded by nature.
